1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tb jili website accessible at tbjili.vu, including all games, tools, services, and features offered thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the tb jili Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has created and maintains a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any wagering activity conducted using funds held in a Player's PHP wallet balance on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or wagering credits issued to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures used by tb jili to verify a Player's identity, age, and residency status.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the tb jili Platform, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been updated and published, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to tb jili's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

tb jili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The tb jili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR oversight. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. tb jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot demonstrate compliance with this age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for Filipino players located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. tb jili does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the tb jili Platform. Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of obtaining duplicate bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process, including a valid email address, mobile number, and personal details that match their government-issued identification. tb jili may require Players to complete KYC verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4. Account Responsibilities

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. tb jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

• Players must immediately notify tb jili support of any suspected unauthorised access to their Account.
• Players must not share their Account credentials with any third party.
• Players must not permit any other person to access or use their Account.
• tb jili recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts to enhance security.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether authorised or not, unless the unauthorised activity was caused solely by tb jili's negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tb jili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at tb jili's discretion with reasonable notice. Players are responsible for reviewing current minimums before initiating transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. tb jili reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tb jili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players are prohibited from using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. tb jili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious Account activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tb jili offers various promotional bonuses including welcome packages, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be wagered on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• tb jili reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes correcting any promotional terms that were published in error.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes grounds for cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for cash outside of the specified wagering requirement completion process.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tb jili Platform are operated by licensed game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the respective game information pages within the Platform.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay:

• tb jili will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state.
• Where a game round cannot be restored to its pre-malfunction state, tb jili may void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.
• tb jili is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a game malfunction where the Player was at fault for the disconnection (e.g., closing the browser during an active round).

Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheel) under the supervision of live dealers in certified studio environments. Game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the round closes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tb jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform to conduct money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or multiplayer game formats;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or other fraudulent payment activities;
• Attempting to access, disrupt, or damage the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by local law.

9. Responsible Gaming

tb jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides Players with a range of tools to assist in maintaining control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to restrict the amount they can fund their wallet within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tb jili Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game assets, software, and trademarks, is the property of tb jili or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without tb jili's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tb jili's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tb jili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond tb jili's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, natural disasters, or government action;
• Any inaccuracy in game outcomes caused by Player-side technical issues, including browser incompatibilities or network disconnections.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tb jili's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tb jili's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

tb jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations;
• Player request via self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure.

Upon termination of an Account in good standing (i.e., not for cause), any verified real-money balance remaining in the Player's wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's last used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and any balances associated with breaches of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal upon Account termination for cause.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory resolution process available under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

tb jili operates under Philippine gaming regulations and is subject to the oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe they have a complaint that has not been resolved through tb jili's internal complaints process may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR complaint handling body in accordance with PAGCOR's established procedures.

14. Amendments

tb jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tb jili will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should immediately cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
